What is the Maceda Law?<\/h2>\n

The Maceda Law is a Philippine law that protects buyers who purchase real estate on an installment basis<\/strong>. It provides rights and remedies for buyers who may struggle to continue payments or decide to cancel their purchase.<\/p>\n
