squatting syndicate refers to an organized group of individuals who illegally occupy or take control of land or buildings that they do not own, usually without the permission of the rightful owner. These groups often target vacant, idle, or disputed properties and deliberately place settlers or occupants on them to establish physical possession.<\/div>\n

Their main purpose is to earn money from the illegal occupation. They collect fees, rent, or \u201cmembership payments\u201d from the people they allow to stay on the property, even though they have no legal right to it.
